The inspection escort (MFK) is a ride to the vehicle inspection and back: the driver collects your car, drives to the appointment, waits during the inspection and returns the car to you. Up to 10 km it costs CHF 139, excl. VAT.

How much does the inspection escort (MFK) cost?
The inspection escort costs CHF 139 if the inspection centre is up to 10 km from the pick-up address. Up to 20 km adds CHF 40 per ride, up to 35 km CHF 80. The drive there, up to 60 minutes of waiting at the inspection centre and the drive back are included. All prices exclude VAT.
What do I need to give the driver?
Give the driver the vehicle registration document and the inspection summons. The driver returns both together with the inspection report. The car is driven on your number plates.
Do I have to attend the inspection?
No. The driver presents the car and stays on site during the inspection. After the return you receive the inspection report and the photo report of the handover.
