How much does a ride cost?
A ride is the trip from one address to another: from you to the garage, from the garage to you, or wherever the car needs to go. The price depends on the road distance between the pick-up and destination addresses. All prices in CHF, excl. VAT.

What is Mein Valet?
Mein Valet is a car pick-up and delivery service. A driver takes your car from A to B: from your home to the garage, back to you, to the tyre change, to the vehicle inspection (MFK), or from the dealer to your home. You see the fixed price before you book and receive a photo report at every handover.
How much does the service cost?
A ride is the trip from the pick-up address to the destination address, in either direction: from you to the garage, from the garage to you, or to another place. Up to 10 km it costs CHF 69, up to 20 km CHF 40 more, up to 35 km CHF 80 more. Pick-up and return (two rides) cost CHF 129, the inspection escort (MFK) CHF 139. All prices exclude VAT.
Where do you operate?
We drive wherever your car needs to go. We are based in Thun, so we reach the Bernese Oberland and the Bern area fastest. The price depends only on the road distance from the pick-up address to the destination address. Beyond 35 km a per-kilometre rate applies, which the calculator also shows.
Can I book a single ride?
Yes. You can book a single ride, for example from the dealer to your home. For a service, a repair or a tyre change there is the pick-up and return package, and for the vehicle inspection (MFK) the inspection escort: we drive there, wait and bring the car back.
Do you drive in the evening and on Saturdays?
Yes, at no extra charge: pick-ups from 18:00 and on Saturdays cost the same as on weekdays. Urgent rides with less than 6 hours' notice carry a surcharge of CHF 25. On Sundays we drive on request, by WhatsApp or phone.
