Getting your car serviced without taking a day off
The service is due, but getting to the garage takes time: driving there, getting back, collecting the car later. With a pick-up and delivery service your day stays as it is. The car goes to the garage without you and comes back when the work is done.
How does my car get to the garage without me?
You make the appointment at the garage of your choice and book pick-up and return to go with it. The driver collects the car from your home or workplace and leaves it at the garage. As soon as the work is done, the driver brings it back to the address you choose.
How do I know what condition the car was handed over in?
At every handover a photo report is created: at least 10 photos, mileage, fuel level, time and signature. The driver marks visible damage directly on the photo. You receive the report as a PDF.
What does pick-up and delivery for a service cost?
Pick-up and return together cost CHF 129 if the garage is up to 10 km away. A single ride costs CHF 69. Up to 20 km adds CHF 40 per ride, up to 35 km CHF 80. All prices exclude VAT and the garage's work.
