Urgent: having your car taken to the garage today
The garage has a slot free at short notice, or a warning light comes on. Rides at short notice can be booked too, for a fixed surcharge.
How short can the notice be?
In the calculator you choose the next suitable time window. With less than 6 hours' notice a surcharge is added. We confirm on WhatsApp at the time of booking whether the time window is free.
Can a car with a warning light on be driven at all?
That depends on the warning. If in doubt, ask your garage first. We only transfer vehicles that are drivable and roadworthy. Anything else is a job for a breakdown service.
What does the urgent ride cost?
The surcharge for less than 6 hours' notice is CHF 25. One ride costs CHF 69 if pick-up and destination are up to 10 km apart. Up to 20 km it is CHF 40 more, up to 35 km CHF 80 more. For longer distances a per-kilometre rate applies, shown by the calculator. All prices exclude VAT.
