Small garage: offering pick-up and delivery without leaving the workshop
Large garages collect their customers' cars. In a small garage there is nobody to do it: whoever drives is missing at the lift or at reception. You can still offer the service if an external driver does the driving.
How do I offer pick-up and delivery without taking anyone off the job?
You book the ride by WhatsApp or phone: customer, address, time window. The driver collects the car from the customer and leaves it with you. After the work the driver brings it back. Your team stays in the workshop.
What does my garage gain from it?
You gain customers who cannot come by during the day, and your mechanics no longer drive cars around. Every handover is documented with a photo report that you and your customer receive as a PDF.
What does a ride cost for garages?
A single ride costs CHF 65. With a monthly subscription a ride costs less than CHF 60, and less than CHF 54 with the largest subscription: subscriptions start at CHF 599 per month for 10 rides, and the Plus subscription includes 25 rides per month for CHF 1’349. The first ride is free. All prices are for rides up to 10 km, excluding VAT.
