Car dealers: delivering sold vehicles to the customer
A car delivered to the front door is a selling point. For small dealers a driver of their own does not pay off. Delivery can be bought ride by ride.
How does delivery to the customer work?
You give us the customer, the address and the time window. The driver takes the car, keys and documents, drives on your trade plates or on the customer's number plates and hands the car over at the destination.
What does the customer receive at the handover?
The customer signs on the screen and, like you, receives the photo report as a PDF: photos, mileage, fuel level, time. Explaining the vehicle to the customer remains your job.
What does a delivery cost?
Up to 10 km the prices for garages apply: CHF 65 per single ride. Up to 20 km, CHF 40 per ride is added, up to 35 km CHF 80. Beyond 35 km it is CHF 80 plus CHF 2 for every kilometre beyond 35 km. All prices exclude VAT.
