Injured or ill: the car still needs its service
If you are unable or not allowed to drive for a while, the service, the tyre change and the vehicle inspection (MFK) are still due. A driver does the driving and you stay at home.
What if I cannot drive the car myself?
You make the appointment with the garage by phone and book pick-up and return. The driver comes to you, takes the car and keys and brings the car back when the work is done.
Do I have to do anything at the handover?
Just hand over the key and sign the report on the screen. The driver takes the photos.
What does it cost?
Pick-up and return together cost CHF 129 if the destination is up to 10 km away. A single ride costs CHF 69. Up to 20 km adds CHF 40 per ride, up to 35 km CHF 80. All prices exclude VAT.
