Transferring a valuable car: what matters
Anyone who hands over a valuable vehicle wants to know exactly what condition it was collected and handed over in. That is what the photo report on every ride is for.
How is the condition documented?
At every handover a photo report is created with at least 10 photos, mileage, fuel level, time and signature. The driver marks visible damage directly on the photo. The original photos are stored unchanged.
What if the conditions are poor?
At night, in rain or when the car is very dirty, the paintwork cannot be assessed reliably. The report then says "Condition not assessable". It is best to hand over the car clean and in daylight.
What does it cost to transfer an expensive car?
For vehicles worth more than CHF 100,000 a surcharge of CHF 20 applies. Please state the vehicle's value when you book. One ride costs CHF 69 if pick-up and destination are up to 10 km apart. Up to 20 km it is CHF 40 more, up to 35 km CHF 80 more. For longer distances a per-kilometre rate applies, shown by the calculator. All prices exclude VAT.
