Your parents' car needs a service: booking for relatives
As people get older they often still drive their usual routes, but no longer like driving to the garage or the inspection centre. You can book the ride for your parents or other relatives, even if you are not there yourself.
Can I book the ride for another person?
Yes. You give that person's address as the pick-up location and book in their name. The driver takes the car there, and the person signs the report on the screen.
What do we receive as a record?
At every handover a photo report is created with at least 10 photos, mileage, fuel level, time and signature. The driver marks visible damage directly on the photo. The PDF is sent by email to the address you give.
What does it cost?
Pick-up and return together cost CHF 129 if the destination is up to 10 km away. A single ride costs CHF 69. Up to 20 km adds CHF 40 per ride, up to 35 km CHF 80. All prices exclude VAT. The inspection escort (MFK) costs CHF 139.
